Maldivian Lobster

Fresh and locally caught in the South Ari Atoll. One of the resort’s culinary highlights is our “Maldivian Lobster Dinner” event in Muraka restaurant every Tuesday.

Yellow Fin Tuna Tartare

The finest quality tuna caught by local fisherman and brought to our kitchens. Carefully prepared by our talented chefs with a combination of capers, pickled ginger, balsamic onions, wasabi and chili aioli and served with Melba toast.

Triple seared Black Angus Tomahawk Steak for two

Prime quality beef from Australia. It is served with vegetables, French fries, a delicious truffle Béarnaise & garlic pepper sauce.

Another highlight of our stay was having dinner at the Muraka overwater restaurant, where, after sipping cocktails watching the sun set over a neighbouring island, we experienced an excellent à la carte menu, whilst eagle rays slowly glided underneath our feet. You have to enjoy this dining experience at least once on your visit.
