MALDIVIAN LOBSTER

Fresh and locally caught in the South Ari Atoll. One of the resort’s culinary highlights is our “Maldivian Lobster Dinner” event in Muraka restaurant every Wednesday.

YELLOW FIN TUNA TARTARE

The finest quality tuna caught by local fisherman and brought to our kitchens. Carefully prepared by our talented chefs with a combination of capers, pickled ginger, balsamic onions, wasabi and chili aioli and served with Melba toast.

TRIPLE GIN SEARED VEAL TOMAHAWK STEAK

Tantalize yourself with the finest quality meat served with truffled potato gratin, grilled root vegetables, Juniper Glace, Chimichurri and garlic pepper sauce.

Muraka, is the place to be before dinner or for dinner including pre-dinner drinks. Mirihi Island’s food is exceptional in all places! The Muraka is the place to be for sunsets and pre-dinner drinks for sure. After diving, enjoy a tasty cocktail or a glass of champagne or wine accompanied by some tasty surprises to give you an impression of the restaurant. This year, we decided to spend our final evening at the Muraka and Felix spoilt us with an amazing Thai Menu. We did let Felix prepare what he would rate we liked, and he did match our expectations and exceeded them!!! We love the team, the food and the atmosphere!
